Holiday City was incorporated August 1967 and is one of the first senior communities in ocean county. To live here you must be fifty-five (55) years of age or older. We have a large clubhouse, swimming pool, two large lakes, and forty-five acres of common grounds throughout. There are a number of clubs and events going on all the time so there is always something to do. We are conveniently located near any number of shopping areas, and for those who may not drive, a bus comes through the village for your convenience.
